Positive: Private beach Like staying in a family home Breakfast on the beach Friendly staff Never seen such a clean room

Negative: Room decor not to my personal taste Light switches out of reach when in bed Even though not a corporate type hotel, a workspace with power sockets would be useful. I had to rearrange room to use what desk space there was.

Negative: I loved everything!

Summary: Perfect spot! Breakfast was good! Beach chairs set up for me. Warm, calm, clean ocean in late August.

Positive: The location is excellent, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, offering a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast is simple but good, with enough variety to start the day.

Negative: However, the price feels quite high for what is included. There are very few extras available on site—no complimentary water in the room, no minibar, and no pool. A Bar to enjoy sundowners is also not available. While the décor and setting are appealing, the resort lacks some of the amenities one would normally expect from a 4-star property. Overall, it’s a well-decorated place in a great spot, but it doesn’t quite deliver the full 4-star experience for the price.

Positive: Convenient location for conference in nearby Chatham. Beachfront location. Clean rooms with helpful staff and amenities as described. On-site parking.

Negative: We stayed at the beach house and the check-in process at a different building across town made check-in process a bit less convenient than expected prior to booking. Ultimately worked out fine though.
